YOU WILL NEED

1 Lb Uncooked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts*

2 Tablespoons Olive or Vegetable Oil**

PASTA

1. Fill 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of water. Heat to boiling; stir in Pasta. Gently boil uncovered

14 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pasta from heat; let stand up to 5 minutes before

draining. Drain pasta before serving; cover to keep warm.

While water is heating and pasta is cooking, continue with step 2.

CHICKEN

2. Cut chicken into thin strips (2 x 1/4 inch). Heat oil** in 10-inch skillet over medium heat;

rotate skillet until oil covers bottom. Carefully add chicken to hot oil; cook about 5 minutes,

stirring occasionally, until outsides turn white.

3. Stir in Seasoning. Cook uncovered 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Tomatoes; cook

about 2 minutes or until hot and chicken is no longer pink in center.

SERVE

4. Remove from heat. Drain pasta; toss with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with Grated Cheese.

Refrigerate leftovers.

Tips:

*For easier prep, buy already cut-up uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts. Look in the

grocer’s meat case.

**If using skillet without dark or nonstick finish, increase oil to 3 tablespoons.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase boil time for pasta to 20 min.
